  • This will reduce the use of legal, safer products but do nothing about the dangerous bathtub cartridges on the streets.

  • It's amazing how they're so quick to jump on an outright ban of E cigs.
Where's the ban on actual cigarettes?
Cigarette smoking is responsible for more than 480,000 deaths per year in the United States, including more than 41,000 deaths resulting from secondhand smoke exposure. This is about one in five deaths annually, or 1,300 deaths every day.

  • Its THC black market pods you guys forgot to mention!! You guys also never said anything about the Master tobacco settlement that pays 49 states…its all about money!!

  • This is not a ban on vaping. It is a ban on the free enterprise system on which capitalism is based. It is also a direct attack on our Constitutional right to be free and prosper. When did we become a dictatorship? You may not think much of this assault if you don't work in the industry or vape, but if we allow this now, who's to say the government won't attack your industry next? Pharmaceuticals seem a likely next target.
